What is Psychotherapy?
As with ‘Talk Therapy’, many different therapy approaches fall under the term psychotherapy. In fact often these two terms are interchangeable. When professional clinical methods are used to invite people to modify their thoughts, behaviours and feelings and help them to move in more positive and desirable directions, this can be understood as ‘psychotherapy’ or ‘talk therapy’.
